Shell’s AeroShell team for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India wanted to provide an inspirational annual conference for their top-tier distributors. In addition to attending personal development sessions, the delegates, who were the best at selling the world’s best lubricants, shared best practice.
A highly interactive, one-and-a-half-day conference with the grand finale being an awards ceremony at the Polish Museum of Aviation
The event began with a “business bingo” icebreaker, as the delegates had travelled to Krakow from all over Europe, the Middle East and India. This opening session was designed to enable delegates to get to know each other as they participated in a best practice sharing session. Day two was split between plenary and workshop sessions to personalise each delegate’s experience.
Senior Shell representatives provided both business and product insights.
RSK provided full content and logistics support, including the development of the agenda and the risks and issues register. We branded the event communication materials with a dramatic night scene of Krakow with aeroplane lights arcing across the sky. We used this theme throughout the event, from the first save-the-date email and all collateral and signage through to the final thank you cards at the awards dinner.
